    Chances for dismissal?
Last month I was pulled over in Alaska and then summoned to court for no valid drivers license and possession in the sixth degree. (A very small amount of marijuana ) I have never been in trouble with the law before and have a spotless criminal record. What are my chances of dismissal in part or the whole thing? Both are class b misdamenors. Is there a diversion program or some sort of probation that will dismiss the charges after completion?

I see no chance what so ever, unless you have a drivers license. If you had one and did not carry it, but if you had no license, and get one by the time of court, they may. But these types or things are seldom dismissed
