Please Help with Statute of Limitations in New Brunswick, Canada
I would like to know what the statute of limitations is on being resummoned? We went to court and before court even started, legal aid told us that the file didn't have enough in it to consider it finished and that we could go home, but that the accused could be resummoned within the next couple of months.

If it is a civil matter I think it is 2 years in the state of Georgia.

First, what is the case about? How are you involved.

SOL refers to the time allowed to prosecute a case. If the case has already started then SOL no longer applies.
