okay so I am expierencing pain and discomfort in my pelvic area. It persisted for a couple days so I went to see a obgyn. He did a routine exam and felt around. He determined that the pain I was feeling was coming from my uderus. He said it felt agitated and that it was probably an infection and put me on antibiotics for a month (generic) I also have a IUD in place ( I've never had a child though) he said that was fine to keep in and that it was in place. The next day I noticed I had very thick bloody discharge. I called the office but the nurse never called me back. Its now the weekend and I am having random dark bloody spotting. I can tell its not my period ( which doesn't start till the 20th) Should I be worried?
