Why am I bleeding

It came down like my period, den stop and started again like a normal 5 days period stop a few days again n started again what's the problem

I had a m/c about 2 weeks ago my baby stopped growing at 7wks and I found out at 12wks I had the tablets to make you miscarry and I'm still bleeding heavy at 1st then it goes really light but doesn't stop. When will it stop altogether so I can have a period and try again.
