    Like anywhere else: find property the debtor has, get a writ of execution, and execute.

    Depending on the nature of the suit you may not be able to garnish wages. So you are left with trying to find attachable assets.

    This is the Catch 22 of winning a judgment. Most of the time winning the judgment is easy, but collecting is nigh on impossible.
