    On probation and got arrested
    My sister and I got into a domiestic and I'm on probation will I go to jail if she drops it?

    I'm on probation and my sister and I got into a domestic and my probation officer said she was issuing a warrant for volation of probation. And my sister said she wasn't going to go to court. So will I still go to jail for the remaining of my probation?

    Where are you located at? Most places now the police lay the charges so that they can not be dropped by the victim.
