    Occupancy Limit
Is there a limit of the number of persons allowed to live in a mobile home?

For example, can 2 adults and 6 children live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home?

    Thanks!

    Sure, why not?

Where exactly would this be? If they can't afford a bigger or better place.

Occupancy laws tend to only apply to public housing.

Why does it matter? The only reason you would get in trouble is if someone reports you to family services. Such rules are VERY local (like on a county or municipality level), so check with your local family services agency.

It matters... because I would like to know the answer. I am not worried about being reported.
    Thank you.

Contact your town's Board of Health. If there is any such regulation in place they will have that information.
