Assalamualaikum,
My name is manjoor and I am from india and worked in suadi arabia.I got married before 7 yrs to a women whom I loved a lot and we have baby boy out of our marriage.after three months of our marriage I left for suadi arabia and she left for her mothers home she never lived with my family.she stayed with my family only when I go to india and she always made a big fight regarding my mother and sister.I didn't like it but I used to make her calm every time she used to do like that.she never wanted me and she always had urge towards my money.two years after marriage I took her to saudi and we went for umrah and the next day after coming from umrah she asked me about my salary and my brothers salary and all sort of money matters I shouted at her losing my patience and then she wrote a khula to me and asked me to take her to india.then I took her to india and she didn't even had any marital relation with me properly and left for her mothers home.I admit may be I have done some mistakes but she always made her point about money.. then I left for suadi thinking that she is no more in my life.and when I returned to india after 2 years she again came back to me and wanted me to accept her.and I gave one more chance and this time she just stayed with me for 19 days and went back to her home and after one week she complained in police that I have harresed her for money.and its still going on.can you please tell should I accept such a woman is she still my wife according to sharia.she herself left me... iam very much worried and no body is helping me regarding this
