Can they award a judgment against you and garnish your business account?
A debt collector was awarded a judgment against me for an old debt. The only bank account I have is a business account. I am self-employed and I use the business account for business only. Can they put a freeze on that account to garnish it?

Depends on the nature of the business. If its not a corporate entity they probably can. Even if it is, they may be able to garnish it if you are the sole owner.
