    Notarized consent
I'm planning on going away with my family n taking my 6 month old.. Do I need the father of my child to give me notarized consent? We haven't gone to court or anything, nothing has been done yet. Just wondering how that works..

Where are you? Where are you going?

EDIT: I note from your other thread that you find questions concerning your specific circumstances to be invasive. We cannot answer this one particularly without more info.
