    Submersible well
My well has not worked in 3 months. After all this rain lately I decided to turn the breaker on and it shot out water yay right. No, its pumping really slow directly from the pump water is just a little better than oozing out. Everything above ground seem fine. While the tank was slowly filling I could hear the pressure gauge slowly releasing air. I assumed this was to allow more water in the tank. Any ideas on what would cause a slow flow of water from the pump?

You want to say that again?

    You said,
my well has not worked in 3 months
    That much I understand.

    You said,
After all this rain lately I decided to turn the breaker on and it shot out water yay right.
    Then you said,
No, its pumping really slow directly from the pump water is just a little better than oozing out.
Is it or is it not pumping water?

    You said,
while the tank was slowly filling I could hear the pressure gauge slowly releasing air. I assumed this was to allow more water in the tank
That is not right unless you have a galvanized pressure tank with an automatic air control valve. And if you do, it would not be releasing air from the pressure gauge.
