    PID recovery and concerns
I was diagnosed with severe Pelvic Inflammatory Disease on Thursday of last week. They gave me a shot in my butt and four white pills (all which were antibiotics) and said that would take care of it within 24-48 hours.. It has now been well over 72 hours and I have seen no progress. My lymph nodes are still swollen, I still have pain in my low abdomen, pain during urination, back pain and the discharge is still present.

I was wondering if anybody knows if I should just wait it out or if I should see another doctor.. Just the fact that it will all be out of pocket is killing me, considering nobody takes my health insurance down where I live.

Hope to hear from someone soon, my head is spinning in a million different directions and I would really like to get some answers. Big or little.
