    Electric Chisel
Hammer drill works with a masonry bit for making hole in cement. It would be nice if you could put a chisel on the hammer drill, do you think it would act like a jack hammer? Not a major job. Something small. I made a hole from inside to the outside. Made four small holes and a mortar chisel from the inside. Outside I use a hammer drill with a larger masonry bit. It did the job. Of course if I had a small jack hammer it would have been easier.

Is there something similar in the marketplace?

Look at hammer drills that take S D bits. My Ryobi will rotate or just impact and you can chisel with it. Not cheap. Harbor Freight carries one or 2 models.
