    Can a mother leave the state without permission
    I have a 2 year old daughter and want to return home to VA for school and family her father refuses to let it happen although I have tried to work out a visitation plan for him to see her, can I still move without his consent?

    Is there court ordered visitation in place? If there is you need to go to court for a modification. But you have to make a good case that it is for the benefit of the child.
