    Laws in TX concerning joint custody with one parent out of state
    My youngests sons father and I have joint custody of him and I have a court order for child support but he has moved out of state and doesn't work lives off the government and refuses to pay hild support what can I do to get either full custody or child support from him with the laws of Texas

    Ask the court in Texas to require him to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court for failure to pay the ordered support. Also, in many places, his driver's license can be suspended until he brings his CS current.
