Day&Night 80U-19A inop
Hi, I have an 80U-19A that will not light the burner and has no fan operation. The previous owner installed a Honeywell low-voltage programmable thermostat (4-wire) to the furnace, connecting only the red and white wires (only two are in the unit diagram because it is not an air conditioned unit). The wires appear to be correctly connected according to the unit wiring diagram. The thermostat appears to be correctly installed and the batteries are new. There is gas to the unit and the pilot can be lit. The circuit breaker is not tripped. My buddy thinks it may need a new pilot/igniter. I think he connected the red and white wires bypassing the thermostat, and the unit fan operated. Thanks for any help you can give,
