    Could I be pregnant?
My breasts are heavier and fuller and my nipples kind of tickle when they are touched.
I have a sharp stabbing pain when I sneeze or cough.
And I have been having mild cramps for the past 2 weeks.
    What does this mean?

Could mean that you're getting sick. Could mean many things.
