Can the student's dependent work in the UK
I am under student visa and my boy friend is under PSW. His post study work(post study work) permit will be expiring end if this year. We plan to get marry before that, therefore can my boyfriend apply as my dependent after that and will he get work rights to work in the UK? I have no work work rights since I study in a college.

Hi my wife is main applicant... she just applied for visa.. she is doing undergraduate course in university as a fulltime student. I was here as a student and applied for dependent visa on behalf of her before 3 months of expairy of her visa... she wasn't as a tire 4 student.its more than 5 months...
