    Second Pregnancy -do's and don'ts
    I just found out today that I am pregnant - my last period was on 01/10/2013. This is going to be my second pregnancy. My last pregnancy was high risk (baby stopped growing at 28 weeks - and had a C section at 34 weeks - my first baby was born on 01/20/2012). Can I lift my infant now who is 25lbs or what are the weight restrictions? Also any other do's and dont's for food? Two days ago I travelled from Canada to Washington DC - ARe there any restrictions in travelling (1-3 hours flight)?

    Since your last pregnancy was high risk, are you seeing an OB/Gyn specialist for this pregnancy?

    Yes, first thing tomorrow morning, I will call the OB's office to get an appointment.

    That's the perfect place to ask all of these questions. Each woman is different, as is each pregnancy. Your doctor knows you and your medical history. Ask him or her for detailed answers :)
