    You should be happy with your breasts. Lots of men make a big deal about size but it does not truly matter. You need to be happy with yourself and know that your beautiful the way you are.

    Do you really want to be with men who cares about such things? Love you for who you are, and find a man who does the same.

    You can either improve mentally, becoming stronger and a better person, and being better equipped to cope in the future, eventually leading to a better appreciation for life. Or you can improve physically and remain mentally weak and insecure.

    I know which one I would choose to do.

    If you want to do this to improve your own confidence then that's wonderful. Increasing the size of your pectoral muscles is the best way to do that. Using weight machines such as the fly and the chest presses, lat pull downs, or just laying on the floor with weights in your hands bringing your arms up in the fly position will work too if you don't to the gym thing. When I was younger all I had was pecs, so now that I actually have something up top they are tight and perky due to the increased muscle mass below them.
