    Evicting from home
I am a home owner at anglers cove and was accused of by property management that I was standing in front of someone's home intoxicating and harassing people of which I don't harass anyone. And management says they are going to give me a notice to vacate the home that I own and rent the space. What are my rights. I have many medical reasons that I stop while walking around park.

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

You cannot be forced out of a home you own. However, if you are violating the rules of the HOA, you could be subject to fines that might become a lien on your home.

What kind of home do you own but rent space for?
They can't evict you from your home but I imagine they can terminate the land space rental, so you will have to move your home if it's mobile.
    Marco Island?
