    Can my mum adopt my daughter
    I have two children, a boy ged 3 and a 7 month old girl, I feel god chose me too carry her but my mother too be her mum, I've never been close with her, is it legal for my mum too adopt her?

    Where are you? This is an International Board.

    In general, yes, if both parents consent a child can be adopted by a third party.
