    2012 Income tax
    I am a US Citizen and my fiancé is in the philippines. We just had a baby girl on November 29, 2012. Can I claim her on my Income Tax for 2012?

    Did the baby live with you from 11/29/12 through 12/31/12?

    Did you provide more than half of the support for the baby?
