Moving from india-- double taxation in usa
    Hi,

I am a permanent resident in USA, got my Green card in 2011. Now I am selling my house in India and relocating to USA with that money.
Will I be subject to double taxation on that money in India and USA?
What if I rent out the house in India? Will I have to pay tax on the rent earned in India, in the USA?
