Yesterday. 02/12/2013 I was getting out of my truck when the door started to close and there was a tire reamer sticking out of the door pocket. ( tire reamer if you don't know is a tool that they use to ream the hole in your tire before they put the plug in) then the reamer was stuck in my left thigh. I pulled it out obviously and also earlier that day I wad at the hospital for hitting my head on the kitchen cabinet they gave me a tetnaus shot so since I had that already my fiancé cleanef my wound and put nrodporin and bandage it up. Its swollen hurts really bad and red around the wound kind of warm and it went at least a 1/2 inch in my leg. Should I go to the hospital or no?

I'd go to the hospital. Just because you got a tetanus shot doesn't mean you're in the clear. If the wound is deep it could have done muscle or nerve damage, it may require stitches, and a tetanus shot doesn't protect you from all infection. It's swollen and angry, that's telling you that there's something wrong.

See a doctor about this before it gets worse.
