Consult a Family Law attorney in your area. While most places require that the "step" parent be a married spouse some areas do allow an unmarried partner to adopt. Since you neglected to tell us where you are we can't tell you what the law is for your area.
Otherwise its not going to happen. If he's willing to commit to your children he should be willing to commit to you. |
