    Crime
I know someone who has a sopo over him and was with a 16 year old girl and wasn't meant to be with anyone under 18 but he got found out and is now up in court although he wasn't any danger the police interviewed the girl in question and said if he had told them they could have worked around it but he didn't know this. I'm just wondering how long you think he will get if anything.

All depends on the charge, the judge, the jury and the whole process...
There's not enough pertinent information to make a considered response.

What is a "sopo". Where is this as laws vary. In many places 16 is the age of consent.

That's what I thought but he isn't meant to be with anyone under the age of 18 years old so how long do you think he will get for breaching.
