My ear hurts not like a ear ach but sore,bleeds if touched inside ear,itchs bad.
Throat itchs too.

It could be any number of things, from a blood blister to pimple to an infection to a tick, and so on.
Your ear is connected to your throat by a tube.
You have to go to a clinic or doctor if you can't find someone to peer in your ear with a flashlight and see something. You could buy an ear syringe (a little rubber bulb) and fill it with warm soapy water and hold your head sideways over a sink and swish water in your ear as many times as you can stand. Try a very soaked in peroxide swab without going all the way in the ear, or add some peroxide to the warm soapy water. If it's a tick, someone will have to grab the tick right next to the skin so that the pincers aren't left in the skin. That won't be easy, and might best be done by a nurse.
