    6 year old daughter.
I am trying to figure out how to get an attorney for my daughter. She comes home from fathers house very upset almost every other weekend that she goes and almost every Wed night that she goes. She is being told horrible things about me and my mental health. She is told horrible things when she gets upset about having to be there. The reason she is upset half the time about going is because of the horrible things that they do say to her. Today was the final draw with me. She came home and told me that her fathers mother (grandma) would no longer pick her up to see her dad or her other siblings because she didn't want to f***ing be there. Then her dad called me and told me to come and F***ing pick her up because she didn't wasn't to F***ing be there. My daughter was right there when these things were being said to me. She was very upset when she came home and said she didn't even want to come home that her dad said him and his mother (daughters grandmother) didn't want her there anymore. I just don't know what to do anymore. They will get over their mad by the time she is to go again and it will all start over again. I need to do something for my baby! Please anyone out there ever been through this or anything like it help me!! :( :( :( :(

I know somebody that has but it all depends on where your at and the laws . The only thing to do is get another hearing. Go through the courts again for complete full custody. Hope you have a good lawyer.

Umm, why does your daughter need an attorney? Go back to the court or the attorney that issued the custody/visitation decree and petition for amendment. Also call in children's services to monitor the father's visitation.
