Implantion cramping
I ovulated on the 9th I had sex on the 7th , I'm now 4dpo and experiencing some cramps right in the middle of my belly button and my pubic bone , feels tight when I stand up its more of a achy feeling than painful , woundering if I could be pregnant and if this is implantion cramps , fingers crossed that it is pregnancy :D
