    Claiming my grandson
    I claimed my grandson on my tax return because my daughter and him both live with me. My grandsons father also claimed him. His return was rejected but mine is still being processed. Will I still get mt return on time?

    Probably, because you beat him to the punch.

    However, do not be surprised if the IRS comes and asks for proof of your support for the grandchild.
