    Lamanate flooring on stair well
    Im currently doing some work in my house, I have a stair case that consists of five stairs, then a landing about 1.2msq, then more stairs then another landing, how do I lamanate the stairs and carpet the landing, bearing in mind I have three kids who run up and down them??

    Are you really sold on laminate? it's very slippery and I would consider a different material
    Maybe carpet or even a runner.

    The edges of the laminate will be a challenge at the very least..
    If money is a concern maybe try using pine or native wood that is cost effective

    Laminates are not recommended for this application. I think it would be more work than you think and it would not be a safe surface.
