I get these muscle twiches that are quite noticeable some along the side of my chest but are infrequent. Just today my arm on the back of the biceps twiced that is the first for that area. The twiches last mybe 2-3 seconds but that is just an estimate. I am in my 50's and no health problems what could these twiches be caused by?

Kind of hard to pinpoint what would be causing muscle twitches. The only reason I can think of is, you have done some heavy lifting lately and over taxed those particular muscles.

There are so many possibilities. Have you gone to the doctor about this specific thing? If so, have any tests been done to determine what's causing it?
