    Cynthis wants to put tiles on a floor that is 12 feet long and 9 feet wide. Each tile has sides one foot long. What numbers can Cynthia multiply to find how many tiles she needs to cover the entire floor? ( I know the area is 108 square feet)

    You would need to consider the dimensions of the room. What are the dimensions in your question? You posted them right there and if you look, you should be able to figure this out pretty easily.
