    Hernias
    I had a nephrectomy 2 years ago and now have a big bulge on the same side which I'm sure is an incisional hernia. Could this become strangulated

    It is hard to say without know your full medical history. The best person to talk to this about is your doctor. He will be able to say one way or another whether this is something to be concerned about.
