    Miscarriage?
    I have been having pelvic cramps, for a couple weeks now, they started to get stronger when I got my period and my lower back back has been hurting too. I would be 6 weeks today..

    Had you confirmed that you were pregnant? If you know you were pregnant it is probably an early miscarriage. Otherwise, we can't really know. Many women have early term miscarriages that are never confirmed.
