    I want to change me and my children's name to my partners
    I am currently pregnant with my boyfriends baby but I have two children from a recent relationship, but I want to put my new baby in my boyfriends name but change my other children's name so they are all the same. Also mine. Can I do this ?

    Sure you can so long as the fathers of the existing children agree to it. You will have to get him on board with the idea. If you can't find him then the courts will ask you to keep looking and prove that you have looked everywhere and exhausted all means.
