    Circumcision
    Hi I am 29 years old Man. My problem is that I am circumcised and in one year of my marriage while performing sex my foreskin do roll back but I still feel very tight since the frenulum is connected with top of my penis. I could not ejaculate at the time skin has rolled back even I after performing sex for 20-30 min. I could ejaculate only when I insert my penis with my hand holding it tight so that skin do not roll back. What should I do to ejaculate even when my skin has rolled back.

    Yes, that is a problem, seeing as the circumcision was not done correctly. You could have that corrected. Make an appt. with your regular doctor so that he can recommend. It is not a serious operation and would be done on an out patient basis at the hospital.

    Yes, still issue of not being able to ejactulate , it may well be a issue that you are so used to the pressure of your hand that without that feel that you control it is harder to finish. Although I have often gone 20 or 30 min or longer to finish, a male in good health can often go longer before finish
