There are 2 pimple size bumps on the shaft of my penis and the ate just below the head about an half inch no irritationor pain was skin color till I tried popping them still no irritation or pain more burning sensation when urinating or anything like that

It always amazes me how men are willing to 'pop' anything they find on their penis shaft. If it isn't red, has a head with pus in it, why would you try (and even then they should be left alone and take it right to the doctor).

What you probably see are small lumps accumulated from masturbating; they hold sebaceous gland material that is not life threatening. Only when you start fooling around with them do you open them up for infection.
