Hi Ive been on the nuva ring for 3 years now and I usually leave it in for 4 weeks take it out for one and than put a new one in so I don't get my period. I forgot to take it out for 4 weeks and left it in for 5 and one week ago I out a new one in and now this entire week I've been spotting brown...
I put nuva ring in because my boyfriend ad I decided not to try but then we changed our minds and I took the ring out only after being in for 8 days ( I put ring in after last period ended)... Now three days later I am back on my period... Is this normal? Or could something else be going on?
