    You need to flesh this out. But if a court has ordered someone to purchase an annuity for a minor based on a malpractice award, then its unlikely it will be changed. The ONLY way to change is to file an appeal of the award with the court.

    If there is a court order. Where is it from, what country
    What is your relationship to this.
    Why do you think the person who the court felt deserved it, does not.

    But if there is a court order, if you are a party to the law suit you hire your attorney to appeal this in court
