Identify painting and artist
Can anyone recognize this painting or artist signature? I found this painting at my Grandmothers about 13 years ago, after she passed away. I guess it is acrylic, as the paint sticks out in many places, like the wave crests. The ships in background look like battle ships possibly? Thank you for any assistance.
