    Hello R:

    My guess is you won't. Certainly, if you HAD one, I'd apply for a replacement.. The worst thing they'll say is no... Ok, the worst thing is that they could come get you and deport you.

    I have NO idea if they'll just give it to you, or arrest you.. I think having a lawyer would be a GOOD thing.

    There are many issues involved, depending on the charges, how many times, nature of crimes, and the laws in your state.

    Need more info.. but agree with everyone above that it's safer to have an experienced immigration attorney assist you.
