    I can't sleep
    I have to sleep now because its already too late but I just can't sleep.. any advise?plzzzzzz I really have to sleep now

    No one here can offer you anything out of the ordinary - get off the Internet, drink some warm milk, rest in a dark room, stop obsessing about sleep.

    You cannot sleep and post on AMHD at the same time.
