    Am I pregnant?!
I've been on the nuvaring for 8 months now. I accidentally took the ring out one week early on 1/23 instead of 1/30, but didn't realize it and had unprotected sex 2 days later on 1/25. I then had a 3 or 4 day period and put the new ring back in a week later. My question is how likely it is that I will get pregnant? I am going to take a test 2 weeks after the sex, so next Friday, however should I take my new nuva ring out? Could it reduce the chances of implantation since I would be bleeding again? I am so lost about what to do in this situation I can not get pregnant.

Whether you can or cannot you could be pregnant. The only way to know is to take a HPT (or see your Physician). Ask your Pharmacist to recommend a test.

No means of birth control is 100%. You have added human error to the mix.

The only way to know if this mistake caused pregnancy is to wait and see.

I'd call the Physician who prescribed the ring and ask. You can research, but I get conflicting answers.
