    Nc judgement... help
Hi I fell into financial despair in my last apartment. I owed the realtor 1400 in back rent. The realty company placed a judgement out on me and now I want to pay it back out of my taxes this time. But I want to move directly afterwards and I am afraid it will show on my credit still and prevent me from moving anywhere else... how can I get it off my credit after I pay it off at the end of this month... feb 2013.
So I could put in applications without it being a issue again??

You can't remove it from your credit report, but it will be listed as "paid."
