    2001 merc sable, no headlites
    Parking lights work, no headlamps unless you pull back on signal switch to hi beam

    . Check all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter.

    . Check/replace the combination light switch.

    . Check low beams, which may have burned out--replace both bulbs, if necessary.
