4 wheel disc brakes? Probably a seized caliper or maybe the parking brake cable is stuck.

. Remove caliper and check everything out. Ensure the pads move freely in the caliper bracket. Remove and clean the caliper pins--lubricate with silicone grease. Verify the piston is not frozen and retracts normally into the caliper; otherwise, replace the caliper. It's best to change the brake fluid every 2 years to prevent problems.
. Check the differential fluid. Drain and replace, if it hasn't been done in 75,000 miles. Look for signs of excessive heat and bearing failure.

Thanks for the response. I did take the brake caliber off and decompress it, my mechanic friend said if it decompresses the caliber is still good but may the rubber hose brake line to the caliber is collapsed on the inside of the hose. Oh the emergency brake cable might be a possibility. I did some other troubleshooting like having the truck in neutral and trying to turn the hub, it was hard to do I needed a bar to get it to turn.

TX Thanks for the response, I took the caliber off put the truck in neutral and tried to turn the hub, I needed a bar to do it, is that normal for it to be tough to move. Keep in mind when I took the tire off I noticed I could move the rotor back and forth a little indicating the caliber was not locked onto the rotor.
