    Kinetic friction
A 25kg chair initially at rest on a horizontal floor requires a force of 365N horizontal force to set it in motion. Once the chair is in motion, a 327N horizontal force keeps it moving at a constant velocity. Calculate the coefficient of kinetic friction between the chair and the floor.

A block of 7.80 kg kept on an inclined plane just begins to slide at an angle of inclination of 35.0 degrees. Once it has been set into motion, the angle is reduced to 30.0 degrees to keep the block moving at constant speed. Calculate the maximum force of static friction and the force of kinetic...
