Why does ice form inside my house on the mouldings
I have ice build up in each corner of my living room and bedroom, the corners that have the build up are on the outside wall where my patio is, I have a new roof and no leaks I am aware of, it is very cold below 10 degrees outside.

Sounds to me like you don't have insualtion in the walls.. or at least there is a void there... and that os getting cold enough for the moisture in the indoor air to not only condense but freeze.

THat wall corner or moulding should not be getting that cold on the inside of the house.

If this the moulding ona window, or doorway, or a patio door.. perhaps a poor installation is allowing cold air intrusion causing that... I.E. there should have been insulation stuffed in there and the moulding inside and out caulked and flashed.

Check the insulation around the rooms. Is the roofing properly done? Check the replacement windows in your house – are there any gaps that could be allowing air infiltration that causes the corners to freeze up. The space between the walls and the roofs or even gaps in windowsills could cause air to leak in and freeze overnight. Evaluate the insulation and I believe you'll need to add more to reduce energy costs and stop that freezing!
